I consent to Tick&Talk collecting, processing and using data which permits inferences to my personal relationships (personal data) for the purposes of establishing, performing and developing my usage relationship with TICKnTALK.   2. I consent that the essential data, which was presented by me during registration, can be viewed by all registered users of TICKnTALK. This essential data consists of my user name and my profile picture, if I have made such available at TICKnTALK. All additional, voluntarily provided profile data may be viewed by the users, with whom a confirmed friend relationship exists. Additionally, I declare myself in agreement that all profile data made available may be used to allow advertisements customized to my personalized needs to be sent to me. Such personalized advertisement may be submitted to me in such a form that links, banners or similar announcements may be brought to my attention by Tick&Talk or third parties while using the services of Tick&Talk. I may gainsay the usage of my personal data for the creation of personalized advertisement at any time.

  3. I consent to the use of cookies by Tick&Talk and that thereby my usage data may be collected, processed and used. The use of these cookies serves the proper and effective operation of the TICKnTALK user interface. In this manner, I can be connected directly with the data and information after registration with TICKnTALK, such as may be useful for me during the navigation of the TICKnTALK system. The application of these cookies serves to provide quicker access to the services offered by Tick&Talk. For example, such can simplify any difficulties of logging in. In addition, I declare myself in agreement that data acquired in this manner may be used to allow the transmission of advertisements customized to my personal needs. Such personalized advertisement may be submitted to me in such a form that links, banners or similar announcements may be brought to my attention by Tick&Talk or third parties while using the services of Tick&Talk. I may gainsay the usage of my personal data for the creation of personalized advertisement at any time.

  4. I consent that the data sent by my Internet browser while accessing the services of Tick&Talk may be saved for a time period of 6 months. This log data enables Tick&Talk to reconstruct which services are used more and which less, and which links were followed. The purpose of such is to be able to continuously improve our services and adjust them to the practices of the TICKnTALK users. In addition, I declare that this log data may be used to allow the transmission of advertisements customized to my personal needs. Such personalized advertisement may be submitted to me in such a form that links, banners or similar announcements may be brought to my attention by Tick&Talk or third parties while using the services of Tick&Talk. I may gainsay the usage of my personal data for the creation of personalized advertisement at any time.

  5. In addition, I declare myself in agreement that Tick&Talk uses my personal data to transmit marketing messages by means of electronic mail to me. This transmission may be gainsaid Tick&Talk at any time.

  6. I acknowledge that Tick&Talk may be obligated under certain legal requirements to forward my personal data to private processors or investigative authorities. Such will only occur under the requirement that I have publicly transgressed the rules included in the services of Tick&Talk or that a legal order has been presented, which compels Tick&Talk to provide the data.

  7. I consent that personal data may be forwarded to third parties by Tick&Talk for the purpose that third parties realize the administrative duties for TICKnTALK. Such may occur, for example, through the provision of third party storage capacity, transference of emails, performance of the technical processing of the marketing offers, or in the event that potential expenses may arise during the usage of the service, which require this information for invoicing of the expenses.

  8. I may gainsay Tick&Talk this privacy declaration at any time.
